BECOME A

Local Director

Are you interested in having a life-long impact on young women? Are you a professional and community-minded individual? Would you like to join volunteers across our state who are committed to providing professional development and scholarship opportunities for the young women of Connecticut?

If you answered yes to these questions,

we need you!

You can start a local organization and host a Miss Connecticut preliminary in your area. We have a wonderful network of volunteers who are excited to help you get started.

Mentor young women

This program exists to help young women become professional and successful members of society. As a local director you will have the opportunity to reach out to young women in your community and build them up as they improve their public speaking and community service skills.

Your local titleholder can attend community events and promote her social impact initiative in your local area. She will represent your area at the Miss Connecticut Competition in April, and, if she is crowned Miss Connecticut, will represent our state at the Miss America Competition. This offers your local area state and potentially national level exposure.
